How do I know how to make up the kit I've ordered?

• We include an instruction booklet with each order, helping you with the process. We also upload YouTube videos with comprehensive video tutorials on each product which will help you if you get stuck!

I just ordered a PDF, When will I receive my order?

• Your order will be delivered to your email address, this is normally instant, but please allow up to 24 hours for delivery to be completed, if delivery takes longer, please contact us.

I'd like to return my order, How do I start?

• If you wish to return an item, simply get in contact with us via our contact page and we will instruct you on further steps. As soon as the item has been returned, we will give you a full refund within 48 Hours.
